Hao Weiya

Composer, Professor of Composition

Dean of Central Conservatory of Music Composition Department, Member of Council of Music Copyright Society of China (MCSC)

Hao studied with renowned Chinese composition Professor Zuqiang Wu and obtained his doctoral degree at the Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing in 1999.

Currently Mr. Hao is a professor and dean at the Composition Department of the Central conservatory of Music. Visiting scholar at the Conservatorio Santa Cecilia in Rome, Italy（2006-07）and Columbia University in New York, U.S. (2014-15).
